The BMC wishes you Peace, Joy and Hope – along with Music! – for this Holiday Season and the New Year!

Free Wednesday Morning Concerts return on February 3, 2016, when we hear the winners of the BMC piano and voice competitions.

In the meanwhile, pianist Cole Anderson, a multiple-time BMC piano competition winner, is the featured guest of the Bellingham Festival of Music sixth annual Welcome Home Concert on Saturday, Jan. 2, 2016, at 7 pm at First Congregational Church, 2401 Cornwall Ave. Read Margaret Bikman’s interview with Cole here.

Cole and his wife Siyuan Li brought the house down when they played Ravel’s La Valse at the BMC Centennial Gala Concert last June. Come and start your new year with some beautiful classical music and support this young rising star. Admission will be free for students; a $15 donation to BFM’s Music In the Schools Programs is suggested for adults.
