“A Broadway Cabaret – The ENCORE!” takes the stage at the Jansen Art Center on Saturday December 13 at 7:30 PM. After sold-out performances in Bellingham, the Jansen reprises this lively and tuneful nightclub-style Broadway revue, featuring Martin Bray, Paul Henderson II, Megann Schmidt and Akilah Williams, special guest Edward Davidson, producer Martha Benedict, and musical director Scott Henderson.
With quick-change songs, dances and vignettes, the cast recreates moments from beloved Broadway and stage hits, from Gilbert & Sullivan to Wicked. Ballads, comedy numbers, and show-stoppers from favorites like “West Side Story,” “The Mikado,” “South Pacific,” “Guys and Dolls,” “Oklahoma,” “Company,” “She Loves Me” and “Kiss Me Kate.”
