“From Brahms till Beatles”: World-famous Rastrelli Cello Quartet on October 30!

BMC has nabbed the internationally-acclaimed Rastrelli Cello Quartet for their exclusive West Coast engagement!

With their program “From Brahms till Beatles,” these Russian-born virtuoso musicians cover a wide and exciting repertoire ranging from Russian folk tunes to the Beatles song book. This is a unique opportunity to hear favorite works by Grieg, Brahms, and Piazzolla, plus film scores by Ennio Morricone, Hans Zimmer and Henry Mancini!

They will perform excerpts from Peer Gynt, Hungarian Dances, Oblivion and Libertango, and themes from The Mission, Pirates of the Caribbean, Breakfast at Tiffany and Pink Panther!!! We are presenting the Rastrellis at the Syre Auditorium at Whatcom Community College, 237 West Kellogg Road in Bellingham, Saturday, October 30, at 7:30pm.
