While there is no music program in January, the Bellingham Music Club welcomes 2026 with its awards for high school and university-level students!
At this time, BMC is inviting high school students to apply for its coveted awards and prizes in four categories: strings, winds/percussion, piano, and voice. Deadlines are approaching fast, with our first two adjudications just a few weeks ahead.
All participants will receive personalized feedback and heartfelt encouragements. Information is posted on https://bellinghammusicclub.org/student-awards/. Have a look and pass the word along to teachers and students you know!
Adjudication for the WWU Music Awards in honor of Virginia Glover will take place on Saturday, April 4, in the WWU PAC Concert Hall. Year after year, it’s a thrill to come across young, accomplished musicians who have put music at the center of their lives!
And we certainly look forward to sharing all the results and hearing the best musicians in our winners’ showcases. Stay tuned for news and updates!
