On Wednesday morning, December 1st, enjoy the historical pairing of Renaissance instruments, with Anna Marsh, dulcian (early bassoon) and Baroque recorder, and Henry Lebedinsky, virginal (keyboard of the harpsichord family).
In addition to works by Michael Praetorius, you will hear music by Johann Pachelbel, Giovanni Bassano, Jan Pieterszoon Sweelinck, and Philipp Friedrich Böddecker performed on exquisite copies of 16th and 17th century instruments.
Go back in time with us as we welcome December’s season of peace and togetherness at Trinity Lutheran Church, 119 Texas St. in Bellingham. Concert starts at 10:30am. It is free and open to all – BMC’s gift to the community!
Covid protocol: proof of vaccination and mask required. We thank you for making us all safe and comfortable!
